Our assessment days are by invitation only and competition is high between applicants wishing to secure their place with your company. There will be a constant presence from a Makeebo Associates representative to ensure a smooth and productive day.
The day will include:
- Group Dynamic Exercises
- Candidate and client presentations
- Informal OR formal interviews (dependent on role/ requirement)
- Wash up sessions with Manager's to discuss candidates performance
- Technical/ Verbal/ Numeric Testing
