Salary: Up to £20,000 - 45,000
1. to deliver Sales Results:
a. to achieve personal sales / budget as a minimum standard
b. to maintain a sufficient work rate on proactive marketing/business development in order to meet sales expectations every quarter
2. to develop Business:
a. to identify, win and develop additional Key Accounts
b. to generate business referrals from candidates and clients through personal reputation
c. to proactively cross sell other brands, to identify and pass on leads to colleagues
d. to be proactive in passing on factual information to the Division Manager regarding market conditions, competitor activity, geographical areas which are active but not currently developed
3. to attract, select and assign candidates:
a. to expand the candidate database by an organised prospection based on: referrals, networking, cross selling, …
b. to evaluate the candidates according to selection process specific to each specialised division
c. to assign candidates to companies after an analysis of the assignment
d. to follow up from day one of the assignment by keeping in touch with the candidate and/or the client
4. to apply business policy and to ensure the quality of our service delivery:
a. to deliver a service that is acknowledged by customers as being the best
b. to deliver a service inline with Company Policies and Best Practices
c. to provide constructive feedback to Manager on Business Policy i.e. solutions no problems
d. to produce high quality documentation that is accurate, grammatically correct and error free, e.g. CV’s, letters, marketing material, letters, proposals
5. to assist in production and implementation of local Advertising/Marketing/PR programme
6. to contribute to maintain an efficient Sales Operations Structure:
a. to assist the Division Manager in induction and development of new staff (including support staff)
b. to proactively contribute constructive solutions that further enhance sales operations effectiveness and efficiency
c. to personally contribute to add to a positive team culture of ambition and commitment to achieving our goals
