Developing bespoke solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Preparing complex proposals and presenting to the customers.
• Assisting in identifying and developing sales prospects from a technical perspective.
• Performing effective support of sales teams in order to increase revenue and margins.
• Performing thorough handover of the solution design to Technical Implementation Group and securing successful implementation of the customer project.
• Developing strong working relationships with sales team by developing supporting tools, participating in customer meetings and delivering technical training for the sales team
• Continuing professional development and knowledge of internet products and solutions
• Identifies and develops technical solutions which meet customer needs.
• Ensures that project records and files are adequately maintained.
• Carries out contracted technical consulting tasks.
• When requested provides support to other departments.
